Rooted in historical purpose, I partner with leaders and teams to reimagine what’s possible—challenging the status quo and creating environments where diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) empower everyone to thrive.

Grounded in the lessons of Jim Crow legislation, Freedmen’s Schools, and Brown v. Board of Education, as well as the lasting impact desegregation had on Black and Brown educators and our education system, my work recognizes that education and leadership have always been central to justice and opportunity.
